Terms

When you book this class an invoice will be emailed to you if you have not yet paid. Payment is required prior to your class. If we do not receive payment at least 5 days before your class, it may be canceled. We need time to book your trainer and ship out the course materials.

If you are unhappy with your trainer for whatever reason, please leave the class within the first 2 hours to receive a full refund, no questions asked. You can even keep the headset.

If you need to reschedule

Students may reschedule a class without charge if rescheduling is requested at least 3 days prior to the class date. Rescheduling within 3 days of the class date will be subject to a penalty of 25% of the class fee, which will be billed to the students payment method, including those paying with credit cards. Cancellation and rescheduling needs to be emailed to us at training@americanmediatraining.com.

If you need to cancel

You can cancel your class up to 3 days prior to the class date to receive a full refund . If you cancel the class within 3 days, we will refund you 50% of the class fee. If you simply do not show up for your class and then want to reschedule, there will be an additional 35% fee of the class cost to reschedule. If you choose not to reschedule your class - no refund will be issued. Cancellation and rescheduling needs to be emailed to us at training@americanmediatraining.com.

If we cancel your class

There may be an occasion when your trainer is suddenly unavailable to teach you. We do have a pool of certified trainers and will do our best to find a replacement. If we are unable to do so we will either reschedule your class or provide a full refund. American Media Training reserves the right to cancel a class at any time, in which case the refund and rescheduling policy would apply. You should be notified of a class cancellation at least one week before your scheduled class.
